Being in your body is important especialy when it comes to a sexy walk. There are many ways to develope your sexy walk. This activity is not going to to automaticly make your walk more sexy. You have to be conciously developing your walk outside of this exercise. However, I have found that this exercise has put a certain power and grace into my walk that was not there before I had mastered it. Balancing on train rails. Thats it. Learn to walk on trail rails. Always look forward and not at your feet. Keep your back straight and aligned. When you get good enough at this you will start to have a certain spring in your step. you will walk with balance and your head held high. You will also learn to walk econoical, as if you are using little effort to get around the world.
