Two questions (Social)

Hi everybody, I've realized late that I have 2 problems right now:

- How do you say no to a girl? Friends (or girls rahter) take advantage of my inability to say no... so how do I say no but stay on good terms?

- How do you build a magentic vibe? Like some people have this air about them that just draws people in, how do i develop this?
