I propose a thread where we post audio samples of our voice for critique or praise and for others to get a better understanding of our respective style. Thus, in my case I've been trying to emulate Christian McQueen's deep voice but each of us have our own distinctive...sound. Im
curious how some of you sound and look forward to hear you on here.

Tnx bruh. I was 5 Heineken in when I recorded this, thus I was in a pensive, chill mode. Making me sound automatic, aloof, serious. When im in another mode it sounds different. Will post more samples perhaps to see the difference...

Definitely do the exercises. I would also look for Actors/ Speakers whose voice u like and try to emulate them as much as possible. Also randomly record yourself. Try out sexy, normal, asshole tones and elimate jargon words like " like, err, ummm, uhh. Ect And yea post them samples... Look forward to hearing them...

Yeah i've been listening to samples of george clooney's voice recently and then tried to copy it. that purr he's got where it sounds like his voice is breaking up a bit, like you've just woken up or you've got a cold. tried it myself and it's not too hard to hit. all that's left to do is practice, practice and more practice
