As a way to warm up before going out, I'm trying to create a larger library of exercises I can use before I go out. My plan is then to do maybe 2-3 of them and change them every night. In this way, I feel sharper when going out and I also will improve and keep different areas of my game sharp. I'm looking for anything from verbal to non-verbal. I have a small collection atm that I will share when I finish my exam - they are mostly written as short notes and will need explanation. Looking forward to your answers!

Besides tidying up my place, doing my dishes etc i like to meditate for 20 minutes and then i listen to some good tunes in my car on my way there. Meditation is really good.

I work a lot in front of a computer and I want to get out of the logical mindset that I'm before I head out. Right now, I do a lot of exercises like out of nowhere trying to figure push-pull from what I see around me. One minute where I start out with a positive quality then followed up with a negative, and then one minute where I start out with a negative quality followed up with a positive. Something else would be gaming the wall cold, where I have to get out of my logical mindset and just talk. I then focus on moving the interaction from fun to imaginative/emotional to sexual.
Those are just some of them which I use to get out of my head. I was hoping people had other similar drills.

Hey @DML,

Cool thread and important thread.

I think finding ways to help you enter state is crucial. Personally, this is what my warm-up has become - a routine of sorts that helps me enter state as a muscle memory-esque thing. So, it's not entirely drill-based but more like both a mix of exercises and repeatable actions. Hence it's not fully related to the technical drilling kind of stuff you had mentioned but for me the whole thing kind of has become a drill in a way. Hopefully you can take something away from it or at least find it somewhat interesting.

Here's what I do before my nightgame outings:
  1. Play the same spacey instrumental on repeat, loudly, for steps 1-4 as I imagine my thoughts and body being refreshingly cleansed.
  2. Do 15 push-ups, 45 crunches, and 15 pull-ups.
  3. Eat - usually oatmeal with fruit, nuts, and honey. Begin reviewing my typical SOTs and gambits/sequences.
  4. Brush my teeth, shave, shower, clothe, and clean my place while riffing with the SOTs, gambits, spontaneous reality-paces and Riker tech overall. Focus on slowing down breaths. Put a condom in my pillowcase. Fill the aromatherapy diffuser with water and scented oil.
  5. Go outside, throw away the trash, and take a piss at a secluded spot next to my apartment. Look around the night sky, gauge the number of cars out, activity levels on the street, and the sounds of the bars. Absorb the environment and feel the sensation of the air flowing alongside my body.
  6. Open up the Notes app on my phone and start a log with the date. Type that I'm feeling good no matter how I may actually be feeling.
  7. Text myself the following, in order:
    • "Sexual subcommunication, sexual eye contact, MOVE HER"
    • "Frame control"
    • "Speak slowly and deeply, calmly"
    • "Rich verbal descriptions as possible and necessary"
  8. Place my right thumb on my sternum, and my right pinkie at my naval. Breathe in and out as deeply as possible 7 times, feeling my chest fully expand every time. This is a vocal warm-up (credit: Bacchus)
  9. Deeply vocalize the following to myself, focusing on feeling the reverberations in my chest:
    • "Hey there, you know, I've just realized something really fascinating. Have you ever noticed how the temperature, the vibe of the air, can really affect the way that we feel? Like now… the temperature has cooled… and we’re relaxed as a result… but the brisk air brushing against our skin tells us that something exciting is within the realm of possibility."
    • "Hey there, how is your night going?" [pause, consider potential reframes for her answer, and act as if she returned the question to me]. "Oh, my night... well, you know... hey, wait, can I ask you about a relationship thing? It's not for me, it's for my best friend Jada..."
    • "Hey there, I have a VERY important question for you. If I were to ask you how your night was going... on a scale of 1-10... what would you say?"
  10. Go to Safari on my phone, open up the following LRs: Cold Weather Sunrise, The Strawberry Princess, and Blue Sparkles Everywhere.
  11. Deeply vocalize the list of SOTs/themes that I wrote in Cold Weather Sunrise minutes before fucking HBMarina. Adding in any more that come to mind.
  12. Incorporate a few of these SOTs/themes into a spontaneous reality-pace. Continue vocalizing spontaneous reality paces/contrasting tech based upon the vibe of the night and relevant contexts (is it a Tuesday, is it drizzling, is it the end of the semester?) as I begin walking to my first post-up location, always keeping my phone in my right hand for sprezzatura.
  13. Arrive at my first post-up location, post-up, use the phone as a prop. Text myself, "Let's go - All we need is one."
  14. Open every set I see - if it is not a girl that I want to approach, then I still practice inducing the AI and opening with "Hi" / "Hey, how is your night going" to build social momentum.
  15. If I am not liking the streetgame traffic, I will then enter a venue and text myself, "Let's go - All we need is one."
If at any point I feel my state drop, or if my social momentum is low, I will repeat my text messages from step 7.

This may not be the most technical warm-up, but based on my findings, the key for me has been to identify a procedure of actions that aid me in entering and normalizing a seductive state. Perhaps adding some normalized components to help your mind and body may also prove beneficial for you as well.
