Hay all. I would like some input in to these test would appreciate if you guys could, 1 tell me where I went wrong, 2 what was the lady thanking, 3 how to get better at texting girls. I’ve heard that practice make perfect but not if I practice bad habits wright lol it makes more bad habits.

Also do I still have a chance this girl yes or no? I’ll call her Katy.

Me: just hade first test in psychology I’m like they done what for how many cookies 
Her: lol good deal  u out of class?
ME: No lol she want let me go.
Her: why not beny actually let us go 5 min early and he usually keeps over haha.
Me; me: we got to talk about chapter 4.
HER: that is pretty depressing alright lol what time do u get out?
Me: 12:05
Her: how r u going to come to management if u don’t get out till after 12?
Me: idk
ME: maybe now I hope.
Her: why is she keeping u guys so late?
Me: I’m out
Me: lol

Thin we sat in class for 2hours, owe by the way first day she sat by me, moved from front. Whited for me to pick my set thin followed me. I don’t really remember what all we talk about but she laughed and giggled a lot. Most of what I seed was funny but not that funny? All so I was told that if a girl crossed her legs toward and pointed them toward me it mint she was in to me wright. She all so touched me a lot. Also caught her looking at me, like out of the corner of her eye. Wanted to ask her out in hall way but could not pull the trigger. So I ask her out over phone. Well here’s the rest of the text,
Me: Hi Katy. I wanted to ask you something in class but did not have that chance.

Her: ok ask away
Me: this is kind of Stratford but are you single?
Her: I am as of now.
Her: what u got in mind??
ME: cool want to go to dinner and a movie or something? 
Her: well I would like to but I think there may be too much age difference in us…. How old are u??
Me:30 but mentally probably 16 lol how old are you?
Her: barley 19… don’t get me wrong I like you & would like to go out but I’ve dated a couple guys your age & in never worked out cause it freaks me parents out lol.
Me: cool its cool that you like me> I get that it would freak parents out sadness 
Me: hope I dint make you feel awkward? But you’re cute and easy going
Her: no I take it completely as a compliment and u r the first person to think I’m cute lol
Her: or to tell me anyway
Me: lol I can’t be the first to tell you that.
Her: well u r lol I get more pretty type compliments haha
Me haha cool well I got to go it’s my turn in class
Her: ok ill see u later
Me: kk

So what you guys think? Do I still have a chance or if I keep trying is it chasing? I don’t want to chase. And was she into me and lost interest, or is she still into me?
But I’m looking at it this way two months ago I wouldn’t have even ask her out. At least iv come that far.

Read the "how to ask a girl out" article. You were fairly negative by going via text when you had and have ample opportunities to do so in person or at least in a real phone call. In a nutshell though, "dinner and a movie" is much more formal than you likely want, ESPECIALLY with a 19 year old.

Never apologize for asking her out.

Forget that you asked and she said (sorta) "no". I'm not expert enough to know whether that was a real rejection (ie just letting you down softly or not) but I think you still have room to properly push for a real yes or no. I'd keep being friendly, a little touchy/flirty, and sometime when you have a chance (class ending right before lunch? Night class?) saying "let's grab a quick drink/bite". Then deepdiving, etc.

I should have just tried to set up a meet. Should not have ask, if she single over a text. I wish I would have ask her if she was single in class, Or after I had set up a meet. I know I did not do this ether Keep your eye on the ball.
