Amigos, Im feeling kinda desperate to have sex again. It's been a little over a year since I've gotten anything and I don't know what to do about it... my approach and social skills don't seem to be increasing any. Meanwhile, I caught up with some friends tonghit at a baseball game and they were talking about girls from high school who are complete bustdowns now. Should I go after these bustdown girls because they seem easiest to hook up with, and if so, what angle do I attack them at?

Also, I can only chat with these girls by Facebook, so how should I go about hooking up with these women?

It doesn't hurt to lower your standards a bit just to keep your confidence up. Having no sex after a long period of time is definitely a downer, so I see no problem with trying to get with a few girls that might be lower hanging fruit on the tree.

With that being said, I would just send one of them a private message on FB saying it's been awhile. You'd probably improve your chances greatly by throwing in a direct compliment to the girl about how she's really matured into an attractive woman. Shortly after that, you should be able to invite her out for coffee or a drink. Move things along normally (and by normally, I mean quickly) from there!

While I'm on board with Franco about this one -

I highly recommend still approaching even if you end up casually having sex with these girls. Approaching takes time and you get out of it what you put into it - I don't know how long you've been "actually approaching" girls but in general, it takes about 3 months before you see results - and another month or two before you start seeing steady lays.
