What do you guys think of these shoes? I'd like them, assuming they wouldn't make my feet look big; but for some reason I've a small feeling that they might. Although they're nice, they wouldn't be something you could pull off on a daily basis if you're young.

It's quite a lot of money, but then again it's shoes that I'm most fussy with. It could happen that I might need something like this in the future on short notice. I find it so hard to find a unique pair of shoes that doesn't look ridiculous or attention seeking, but that's yet discreetly superior.
But for special occasions I'd definitely like em. I could definitely picture Bryan Ferry wearing them!

Ewww no. The only time you want blocky anything on shoes is if you get a Goodyear welt and if you're going that route then designers like Dolce arent your best bet. I have a pair of Dolces that I bought from Grailed.com and they're super dope but are already ripping a year later. Dolce isn't the best brand honestly. Great looks but shitty durability.

If you want some dope shoes and can spend that much, go Shoepassion. I've never seen shoes get more compliments than double monks. And I have a shittier pair than these.

Or if you're feeling ballsy, go Jeffery West. Best independent designer in my book.

Wear these and I literally guarantee a woman will open you. Have gotten tons of girls to approach me for my brogue boots and thesee are godlike.

Anatman's right. That shoe isn't worth the price. It's not stylish.

Spot on man! I literally had a girl open me when I wore my brogue and I've made a lot of friends based on my shoes and clothing items. You can try out some suede boots too. The one I'm currently using I've had girls comment on it and a female course mate of mine who is always flirty told me I looked like those sexy Hispanic guys on those soap operas

Thanks,

I'm not too sure what 'dope' or 'blocky' mean? I personally am not into boots. I couldn't picture Bryan Ferry wearing them!

I think the shoes in your link are something that you could wear on a daily basis. Would you not think that these shoes would go well with a suit?

Virgin101,

Bryan Ferry may be sexy and powerful himself but I don't think the image you cast onto him is itself sexy and powerful.

And yes, the double-monks go with everything - jeans and suits.

If you're going for an "old but powerful and smooth" look, Allen Edmonds are a good bet. Those cap-toes are dope-nastyness. Frank Underwood's fashion is good, too.
