Socializing what do you think aboute confidence?

guys i think I have lack of confidence and its the main purpose of my Failure

i have fears and i have big excuses

and cant deal with it

please help with it

Confidence is not a trait at first its just a part of having momentum, you then slowly build it into your persona
Think to a time you were confident, the momentum it gave you and just know it's about doing that more so u can learn from it
