I'm assuming you cut out drinking (or never drank to begin with)? I have an excellent workout schedule (5x a week, might go up to 6x weather permitting during the warmer months) but I drink basically one time a week (and I mean DRINK lol) and just can't give that up. Essentially I'm curious if you had to cut out alcohol to achieve your stellar results. Good job regardless bro.
Chris Pratt, in order to get rid of his fat boy image to slim down for his role in Guardians of the Galaxy, cut out alcohol for 6 months. Of course I don't have a multi-million dollar movie contract to motivate me to do something so drastic but it's certainly in the back of my head to not exceed drinking more than 4x month. Alcohol really does play a number on the belly.
