Hello,

I attend a lot of seminars and i been a sales person myself. It's been awhile since i enter the field of sales, i probably be doing it sometime, but here's what i learn about the most important part for you guys as a customer.

When you pay money for the product, Just regard the money is for the product. The formula is Money = Product (What you get, the main item)

Don't think and depend yourself on technical support, emails. I can tell you, i have seen Sales companies promises lifetime warranty from warehouses, email support and technical support and whatever you want to call it, from new and upcoming companies, those network marketing companies. Most support, emails and technical support only last 3 to 5 years, 1 year would be good but so far practically the emails has all been general vague advices, nothing much. Additionally, their staffs are young men and women who only be in the field/business for awhile because of good pay cheque. So be aware, this is just something overlook by most upcoming companies.
