I think second most important is often overlooked, which is "approach volume". It's easy to forget if you don't read journals and see guys do the 4-per-day challenge, snatch tournament, etc.
Going out to "play the game" originally meant opening 12 sets a night and inviting a subset back to the after party. You're much more likely to get the ball in the net if you have practiced a thousand free throws.
So if you aren't getting the level of p in v you want, a good first step is to reflect on your input level. Successful guys might be approaching literally ten times the amount of girls and getting in a lot more practice.
