Hey all so just want to preface by saying that I've always been relatively unconfident. Never got girls in HS or College. Currently, I live with my parents and I'm unemployed at 26 years old. I see the time passing by relatively quickly and I'm realizing how short this life really is. I still have a ton of things I want to accomplish and do(one of those things being getting good at seduction) but also some career ambitions which I only recently discovered. However in my current position I feel relatively hopeless. My social skills are not the greatest. I have no money and no job(minimal professional network in the industry that I want to break into) and my parents are somewhat overbearing. In my current position it would be pretty hard to pull girls because as I said my parents are relatively overbearing, I live in the suburbs where I don't have many opportunities to approach and can't really pull girls to my house. So my opportunities to practice are limited. I have pretty much no money so I can't move out. I am relatively disappointed in my position mostly because of all the advantages I feel I was born with. I would say I'm very good looking, my parents are very well off and I managed to get a great education yet somehow I've managed to continue wasting my potential(In part due to laziness and just overall being a little pussy ass bitch). On top of all of this I've managed to get out of shape in the last year and put on a bit of weight. My question for you guys is what would you focus on first to improve your life if you were in my situation? (income/finding a job, approaching, fitness).

Hey Marley in my opinion I think you should
1.Yeah get a job first so you could find your own place which Is going to be advantageous to your gaming since your logistics are kinda fucked if you live with parents

2.After you found your place start approaching in any way you feel comfortable in ,newbie assignment or one of those things I approach by raw motivation to get my goals lol or warm up approaches ? Pick your weapon

3.yeah with fitness it would be a given since you have a job and will be able to pay for it

4.As for social skills just google the chase article written up on it

I think your confidence will increase in a sense that now you see your progress and are way better than before if you do turn your life around

You can start on weight loss now by cutting back on the amount you eat.

  1. Health
  2. Job
  3. Girls
In that order.

Health
Being that young, the health part might be the "easiest", and leaning out and getting some muscle on you is actually pretty tough. The working out seems like the hard part, but the actual hard part is resisting the foods that you crave. No amount of blue berries and greek yogurt is gonna replace chocolate chips. Green Tea is no substitute for Beer. And chicken breast and brown rice will never be a pepperoni pizza.

The job, I wish I could tell you it's gonna be easy, but the economic powers that be are working against regular people

Girls - in some respect, it's the most important thing short term and long term....but if you're having issues getting your own life together, more often than not, a girl can just make the situation worse.

You can talk to girls being 1) broke or 2) fat, or 3) broke and fat, but only if you come across them. Living in the burbs with your parents - you're kinda stuck in that regard.

I've definitely been struggling with discipline around eating. I'm lucky to have my own home gym but honestly spending so much time at home basically on the couch does take a toll on motivation and is really fucking me. I'm thinking it might be best to start leaving my house more maybe even just to work on job apps from like a coffee shop or something like that. I feel like I'm sending resumes into the abyss at this point. I have a couple coffee chats set up this week with a few people that I went to college with who got into the field. Those may or may not lead to anything but at this point anything is better than nothing.

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

I am 32. I got in this pickup self development thing 12 years ago. You hear the cheesy 'you are the average of 5 people you surround yourself with' it is so true. Ive made quite some money thanks to that. It is the most important thing in self development but dont know how much weight to assign to each shit you hear. Should i eat greens or mediate? It is your buddies who share a common goal with you. Move in a pickup house in short. There are many groups that looking for others to move in with them
