she needs to talk like 80% of the time, but what if she is actually very boring, has no dreams or aspirations, gives short answers and doesn't continue talking, deep dive questions sound like a job interview.
what to ask her if she is actually boring?

Dude! This mostly depends cause some girls appear boring because they're shy an nervous, sometimes they feel awkward, they may not be that into ya or they are just boring.
Either way ya need to deal with it, sometimes this can be done with a playful look and asking them more. "You didn't want to do anything when you were a kid?" Usually they'll qualify themselves here, or you can tease them or role play "not even being a butterfly?" "So you're dream job is to work at *something relevant but obviously not*?" (If they like ice cream - own an ice cream truck)
This can spark a conversation, get them investing an opening up. It can give ya a private joke where she owns an ice cream truck. Only the two of ya will understand the joke an ya can use this with call back humour.
If she's still boring as hell just have fun with it. If ya having fun she'll hook. Further questions on her lack of response somewhat calls her out on her behaviour. Not directly, again tease her with it. You'll always find something she's passionate about even if ya have to reword ya question dude

With most girls, it's best if they talk most of the time, but there are some girls where you should do most of the talking. If the girl lives a quite boring life and it's hard for you to get her to talk about herself, you can keep the conversation flirty and playful, or just talk about yourself. Flirty and playful is generally good for seduction. Talking about yourself with these girls is good, as this takes the pressure off of her and she can just enjoy and listen to your stories.
A good exercise to get good with these kinds of girls is to talk to a wall. Get comfortable talking to a wall for 10 min straight. I know it sounds a bit wired, but if you learn how to talk without any feedback at all, even the stillest most boring girl will seem to give you a lot to work with. This is only for this specific type of girl, for most girls it's better if they do most of the talking.

If a girl can't talk and has nothing else but her beauty, I tend to get bored very quickly, like you are. On the other hand some girls chat and chat about absolutely nothing. You just need to find a girl that you connect with intellectually as well as physically. Good luck.
