Is it just me or do a lot of people read many many books and articles as well as watch video or attend classes with great tips and points and just hardly do anything with it?
I mean I do apply things I learn and some concepts do stick but action/application/practice to mastery is a different case.
At times I feel like learning is actually part of the problem. I will always find a better tip or path or priority.
At times however, it's just impulsive or compulsive research.
So what do people do to activate. When you've been procrastinating, when you have vague ideas but no real game plan.
Did you hire a coach, join a group, do some deep self reflection, let time figure it out and naturally found path?
Do intensive Bootcamp/retreats transfer back home, do you find a friend and work on it together?
As someone who sometimes gets trapped in my mind and gets overwhelmed by what I want to do and what I need to do that isn't getting done, I'd appreciate your sage advice on how you've personally successfully activated. Topics of interest include social skills development, writing/video creation.
