But in a nutshell id say they are more or less like the girls in the west.....i mean the girls living in the big cities......but still i cannot accurately tell you everything in a manner which you would get the entire picture.....
They hate the guys here coz most of the guys as i said are trained to be nice guys and are not given lessons on how to become a sexy, properly social man.....most of the guys game around here is the stuff they see in movies and consists of weak indirect beat around the bush kind of flirting......most guys over here cannot directly tell a girl they like her...which pisses the girl off....
Apart from this there's the north indians where women are viewed as nothing less than sex tools and commodities........extreme prevalence of rape and murder and honor killings....inter religious marriages make parents kill their own daughters......dowry and other social crap......
That was the life of an average mid town Indian girl.....the metro girls lives are more or less like the lives of girls in the west.......
That was just a tiny insight into it.....there's a lot more........but it'll be a big post.......
If you want to know more about girls here specifically,,,,,,,then you can ask it in a sub-questionlike manner.........because partially im too lazy to type it all

I guess you can say that there are pros and cons to both types of societies.
