He sincerely believes this. All Females, including our mothers, sisters and daughters who is going to reach puberty... actually would love to fail the mission, because it would give her the threshold (adrenaline) of Male, rushing to her aid. Thus completing the core of humanity's biggest lesson.

That lesson from the Heavens/God is that Man is always 'reaching'. Even his sperm needs to shoot and travel.
