I've seen this on a couple of actors, when they speak to a girl, or sometimes just in general they sort of whisper their words.

I've seen Chuck Bass do it quite a lot, it's almost his natural voice in the show, he has this sort of whisper when he speaks.

I feel like it gives your words a lot more sexuality, and puts forth some tension, also the conversation feels more intimate.

I wanted to see If I could inplement this, but I want to hear you guys opinions first.

Oh yeah, whispering done right can be great, especially if you're using your bedroom voice (or something indicative of it). Effective way to turn girls on, get them leaning in (investing), and paying more attention to you. Not the best for sparking a conversation in most situations, but once they're hooked, it's the vocal equivalent of leaning back.

As Teddy Roosevelt said: "Speak softly and girls will think you've got a big stick"... or something like that ;)
