Make it as subtle as possible, and let the girl be the one leading, if she starts the flirting in office. Your job is get her number and get her out, not exactly after work but the weekends.

There's a natural that I work with, this guy owns fundamentals on another level. I've been watching his mannerisms closely, we literally work as partners so it's easy to observe.

I have seen him work 3 girls so far, one was a super hottie I want approached and gamed him wtf right? He also has a kid with a girl from another store, which I never got to see how that went down unfortunately.

What he does is stay super chill. He does everything with low effort. The first one is this girl I could easily pull, she is cute but very dumb typical "blonde." I bet she gives a good BJ though lol.

Anyway he walks up super chill say's "what time you working til". Her super flirty like a 12 year old girl "two" Oh thats when I'm going to lunch, "lets get something yeah?" Her "Ok." Then we just walk away. It was literally that fast. That easy, funny thing we flaked on her hahah now I'll bet this will boost her attraction to another level. A date has been seeded.

Second randomly in a different store he walks up to a girl and motions for a hug, he asks her very sincerely like as if he senses somethings wrong "what's up?" Imediately you can see her melt and want to pour out everything, she refrains and says it's complicated and he goes "alright.." walks off. Later we walk by her and he pulls out the phone, says "What's your number?" bam in 3 seconds closed, walks away.

Last this chick is sooo fine, definitely the hottest in any of the stores we work. All of my collegues have aggreed. Now I have opened her a few times, but shes pretty cold, I plowed somewhat but couldn't get investment. Now I pretty much ignore her beyond smile and hi. I'm eating my food and she walks right passed me up to him. She opens him while his mouth is full and starts talking about how she lives right down the street.. He told me after he was like oh shit and had to try to conceal that his mouth was full. He said he didn't have to say anything and just used motions/body language to communicate. She was hinting she wanted him to come over. Really cool shit to watch.

So yeah a couple of examples of how it can work. This guy is extremely social in the work place though, something I'm trying to do. When I'm around him it's easy because he's already established so by association I'm good. When I mean social though I mean on another level, everyone wants to talk to him. Everyone stops him with warm welcomes, handshakes, fist bumps. It's very rare he doesn't say what's up to someone. Women pick up on this stuff and it makes them gravitate towards these men.

Just try a little eye contact at first and when she looks at you smile and see how she reacts do everything that you need to do with other girls just take it slowly do it much slower than you should in other more normal situations just start slowly and without anything heavy and see how she reacts.Do not make your intention super obvious to other people in your workplace because it can make big pressure on her.This is just my opinion but i live in Eastern Europe where flirting and similar stuff are not that unusual and policies are not that harsh.
