Worth it?

There is this model that I've been seeing recently and last night I found out in two weeks she is going to Holland (europe) for six months. I'm having trouble deciding if it's worth continuing to talk/see her and we can pick things up when she gets back since we're both normally crazy busy anyways. I'm also not entirely sure how to ask her what she thinks on it since I may not have a chance to see her before she goes and I'm huge on doing things in person, but that doesn't seem like an option. Right now it's looking like i'll keep improving myself either way but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Is this even worth the time of doing? I will more than likely forget to send her anything until she is back, and even then only if I hear from her first as we're both busy.

It's not that I do not have 10 seconds to spare, since I'm seeing a few other girls and talking to even more constantly I may just forget to...after all six months is a decent amount of time to keep a girl I met once in my head! However apparently her cell phone is getting turned off for the trip so I would have to communicate with her through facebook, which may cause unneeded drama should my relationship status change for even a day?

She wanted me to add her on skype to talk when she is away, and she admitted she wanted to creep on my facebook page when she is gone to keep up with me. Sounds like things are looking good. I am hoping to have her leave strong and meet back up whens he comes back even stronger
