studentofthegame,

To get rid of wrinkles, drink a lot of water (like 5 bottles a day), and get a moisturizer from the local drugstore. Make sure you get the right kind for your skin type, ask someone in the store what they recommend if you aren't sure. Moisturizers are what ultimately can help get rid of the wrinkles, but if you drink water that will allow you to develop an internal moisture system, which will reduce the wrinkles. Also, eating high salt/sugar diets won't help either, so try intaking less than 1500mg of sodium a day and less than 100g of sugar. Eat fruits/veggies, etc. Basically, it comes down to how well you take care of your body, and your genetics.

Hope I helped,
Garrett

studentofthegame,

I am assuming what Garrett says works, I have never even had a passing thought about wrinkles personally because I am only 19, but I was just passing through this post and noticed that you also posted in the Beginners section on how to pick up in high school. My question, not meaning to offend and out of pure curiosity, is what in the world are you worrying about wrinkles as a high school student for?

hi Jay, many thanks for your concern. I appreciate you expressing your curiosity. well as it goes ,last week or so I was browsing's through the site and I found a thread about advice for fashion which had a ton of reply's(sorry don't know how to do links)and I think it was my good man Rasta who gave a very informative piece.in regards of cheap brand name designers clothes he recommended a site called "ioffer.com "which I already knew of and he also talked about a guy called Aaron Marino. Aaron is a Italian guy who has made appearances on shows like shark tank and fear factor. His channel AlphaMaleConsulting on YouTube gives mostly fashion and a little of advice towards men's self-improvement which I have found quite tangable.in one of his videos he was taking about ways men can look younger.so I took some time and watched the video among thing he said that helps is taking multivitamins, drinking a lot of water ,moisturizing cream and many others.in regards towards the moisturizing cream he stressed on how he wished that some would have told him when he was younger to use it . I strongly believe in the prevention is better than cure adage and since I have dry skin my forehead wrinkles have been more visible.so I just want to reduce and eliminate it as soon as possible before it gets worse.

You should also consider the important role that genetics can play.my dad's wrinkles are very visible and I guess I just inherited that so I trying to reverse it.thanks for your reply and I hope you and everyone else would have success in the continual transformation in being a better man.

Onwards,

Studentofthegame,

I see where you are coming from. Keeping your skin healthy with a gentle face wash and some moisturizer is a great idea, but specific anti-aging techniques isn't something you should be worrying about in high school. The wrinkles on your forehead are on everyones forehead bro. They're the muscles that raise and lower your eyebrows. However, if you truly think you have a problem with wrinkles at such an early point in your life, more power to you. Just don't overdo it on the anti-aging creams and shit those can do weird shit to young people with complexes.

P.S. I recommend CeraVe, both the moisturizer and the face wash. It works wonders for degreasing and softening your facial skin.
