Testosterone is a vital component of seduction because it's the hormone that makes men...well, men. I personally had erectile issues, and I believe it's partly because I had a diet that was fairly high in soy products. On a side note, I am not the dude in the linked article and my issues were primarily psychological.
So, in hopes to help yall, I visited a bunch of sites and compiled a list of foods that can potentially be harmful to your manliness and a list of foods that can help if you're in a similar situation as I was. Note that I'm NOT saying you should completely remove the bad foods I've listed from your diet--I'm saying it would help if you regulated the amount you consumed. It should also be noted that some foods were listed as both good and bad in different websites. I think I've removed all of those from the list. Most of the stuff listed here have been found on 2, 3, or more websites. There are some foods that I came across during my search, but I didn't list them because I couldn't find another site or two that also recommended them. If you want more detailed, most accurate info, then you might want to seek Google or a professional.
Some supplements you might want to look into (good for you):
Ginseng
Ginkgo biloba
Vitamin D
Zinc
I began taking ginseng and ginkgo biloba a week ago. I can't say for sure, but they seem to be helping my penis although I might be getting diarrhea because of the them. I'll have to see for another week or two.
Also, omega-3 fats are good for you. These are found in fish, nuts, and seeds. I just take supplements because I can't afford sushi all that often as a college student. You also want to consume fat, even the saturated kind, because fatty acids are essential building blocks of cells and stuff. I used to severely restrict my fat intake because I thought that's what would make me healthier. Nope. I actually began feeling better after I removed the restriction.
Good:
Almonds
Asparagus
Avocados
Bananas
Black raspberries
Bok choy
Broccoli
Brussels sprouts
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Celery
Dark chocolate
Figs
Garlic
Ginger
Grapes
Kale
Pomegranate
Spinach
Strawberries
Sweet potatoes
Watermelon
Bad:
Apples
Cherries
Carrots
Dates
Olives
Papaya
Plums
Red beans
Soybeans and soy-based products
Sugar from soda and stuff
The good foods supposedly act as "estrogen blockers" while those listed under bad foods contain phytoestrogen or compounds that aid in the production of estrogen. So it's recommended that you balance the consumption of the two types of foods to achieve hormonal balance. Again, I got these from Google, so you might want to double check if you want to know for sure. I'll say soy and soy products are evil for sure though.
If I have forgotten any that you know of, please add to the list. Similarly, if you see an item on the list that you know for sure shouldn't be there, let us know. Thanks
