I met Rachel at the bus stop yesterday. She was staring at me so I went up and talked to her. However she was acting aloof. About 45 seconds into our conversation, her bus came and we said goodbye to each other. I didn't expect to see her again.
But then today I was sitting on the bus, and guess who walks on ? (Hint: Rachel) She's on the phone, we make eye contact and I pat the seat beside me in an attempt to get her to sit with me. However she plants herself in the seat behind me. Eventually she gets off the phone and says hello to me. She seems mildly excited. I find out what she's up to and do a little bit of small talk and teasing. Then I ask her to come and sit with me in my seat. She refuses and asks me to come and sit with her. I become a little aloof after this, and she comes and sits with me.
We're talking more and she's throwing out screens quickly - what are your hobbies, what do you take in school, etc etc. It's like she's playing 20 questions with me. However when I try to find out more about her, she becomes slightly aloof. Despite this, at times she's getting close to my face, looking at my lips, making flirty facial expressions, holding strong eye contact etc. Why do girls act aloof when they are interested? I feel like she was playing me.
I get her number, then later the very first thing she texts me is:
I assume that this means I'm her physical type and she finds me attractive...but I'm not exactly sure how to reply to this. I was thinking about using a chase frame? Or maybe I should just ignore it and focus on getting her to hang out?
How does the fact I look like her ex explain her behaviour towards me?

Rachel: By the way you look like my ex
Rachel: but he was different
