"Hi" or "Hey" is the best opener known to man

Reason why I prefer that is because I noticed sometimes when I try to be to clever girls won't even hear what I said

But after I say "Hi" I will then go into the real opener once I have hear attention to avoid the "What?" or "Huh" responses

That is not an opener is an attention grabber i used both as well in day game but yes then i open

But do you think most people are aware of getting attention first?

May seem obvious to you but you would be surprised how often men skip that step and immediately start blabbing

I'd say it in a normal, "interested in getting to know you" kind of way. No acting required. Girls tell me their name and boom we're talking.

There are two things to keep in mind - and these are nuances:

From the report: "Me, to both chicks: Soooo, how's your night going? Asides from guarding the bar, of course."

First there is a tease as a follow up, which balances things out.

Secondly, the context has an impact here.

@James D is in a club. So it is less obvious he is looking for "something (potentially shady)" than if he were in the street. In the street, men roaming tend to be looking for after parties (get girls home) or places to hang, if not outrigh selling drugs and stuff. Girls in the street at nighttime tend to be much more defensive. The exception to this is outside the club post-closing time.

Here we are talking about someone who is not at a club during "club time" asking girls "how their night is going".... I think you get my point.

Just think of it this way: does you openers convey that you try to get something from them (bad), or does it convey that you may bring something to them (good)? Or it is neutral (totally okey). It does nto have to be explicit - it is enough if things are implied.

Just random thing to add, when I approach one frame / mindset I am opening from is “I am the party”, I am fun and spontaneous, enjoyable to be around, and it is her privilege to spend time with me, if she has good tastes.

I mention this because OP had an opener asking where the afterparty or party is or something and that reminded me of this.

I have a list of mindsets and frames written down somewhere with my routine stack.

To clarify, my mindset is not as cocky or conceited as I made it sound. What I wrote is just an underlying and somewhat subliminal belief / mindset.

You need to remember some countries are easier to game in than others. The commonwealth nations are the hardest. Women are held to much higher value here. I've noticed a correlation between countries that are easy to game and the sex work culture of that country. This is why so many guys go to Asia, South America or even Eastern Europe (places that happen to have lots of cheap sex workers) to find a relationship because women's perceived value is lower making them easier to interact with.

Of course pulling is easy in america - you can buy girls for $100!

You'll notice that countries like canada, aus, NZ and probably the uk doesnt have these street workers anymore. They used to 10+ years ago which was also when PUA was profilic even in those countries.

If a country has lots of street workers that's just the tip of the iceberg it means there's an entire culture built around gold digging and status appreciation. And game is ultimately about boosting your status.

The logic is sound. It may require an elevated iq to understand it but the reasoning makes sense. A country's sex work industry is an indicator of its prudishness. You won’t find street walkers in Saudi Arabia! You probaly won't get a lot of same day lays there as well.

what a lot of guys dont realise is how sensitive women are to judgement. If she thinks she's being judged she will reject a man she might want to have sex with. While if women think everyone is sleeping around they'll do it with guys they are not even attracted to simply to follow the trend.

Hi and thank you for your contribution.

Based on my knowledge of frames, these openers are putting me in a frame of neediness.

They are either complimenting the girl without her earning the compliment, asking what the occasion is, or asking to tag along like a lost puppy.

I have no value in the interaction as a random stranger approaching girls on the street outside venues.

So my frame is one of neediness.

That's spot on I would say!

Here they would have police and ambulance on standby offering them hot tea, warm blankets and a free bed for the night.

Oh and arresting any male who showed up to use them.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

It's a stark contrast to the USA where vulnerable people are left to their own devices!

Anyway, I didn't intend for the thread to go down this path.

But yeah, women are definitely coddled more in these countries than the badlands of north America. Which does make things a lot more tense as bouncers and police are essentially on the lookout for anyone trying to beat the system of venues and alcohol.

As for openers, well, We've found the bad ones, but what are some good ones?

Also, what is a calibrated way to come in off the street and approach girls outside a venue? I have had a couple of incidents trying to do this, mainly with security trying to stop me.

It seems somewhat out of context, perhaps, to walk up straight from the street and approach someone outside a venue, because they are essentially inside that venue's protection bubble.
