RVF helped me tighten my fundamentals down at a time I was ascending from 'advanced beginner' status and starting to have success with very hot girls. As with all men's forums, you have to search for the advice that will help you specifically, guys/models/things/routines you can copy and improve, good tidbits, etc. I know it also helped friends of mine.

This forum is clearly better.
