I am of the opinion that women in the workplace are off limits. My reasons being:

1. The mere implication of sexual harassment in the workplace is too damaging to morale and reputation. Even if unsubstanitiated.
2. Awkwardness of a breakup makes the work environment more difficult.
3. Treatment of co workers or people under you could be viewed differently if there is a personal relationship.
4. Personal issues between the two people spill over into work
5. Unrequited attraction is more awkward and spiteful since you have to work together
6. Reviews of a romantic partner may not be objective.
7. Scheduling concurrent time off may present staffing issues.
8. In the case of two people competing for one person's attention a work rivalry could become more heated.

I wouldn't date at work. I have a friend who almost got fired because the girl accused him of sexual harassment. He got lucky that he had evidence and witnesses. Company was leaning towards giving him the boot.

My livelihood is more important than any girl at work. Though my scarcity mindset does mess with me still.

I've also been tempted by the boss' daughter hahaha. She's my age, and I think the danger makes it hotter hahaha.

@Fuck This dude! She's been told this :') but if I fucked and chucked her it wouldn't go down well. I'd need an mLTR to justify it (openly) and even then it could get messy after. Even if we kept it covert between us in a FB set up once it's run it's course I don't know how she'd react. Probably not worth the drama.

I work in a big department store so I have dealt with the prospect of gaming girls I work with. Me personally my game was weak and I was still learning how to socialize which is why I never got with the girls I wanted. It also lead to some awkwardness at times But I think hooking up with a girl who works on 2 while you're all the way on 6 you can get away with. I've known people who have dated or hooked up within my dept and there would be some tension between them when some conflict inevitably would come in their relationship. If you work at a small business then yeah maybe don't risk it unless you are smooth and know exactly what you're doing. Also office jobs I think are a no no just because I think those are small workplaces as well unless it's a big corporation/building with many floors and you two are far from each other
