Nitric Oxide & Erections

One of the essentials to having a solid erection is Nitric Oxide (NO). NO is used by many processes in your body, and making enough is essential to health. The thing to take away from this is, your erection is like the canary in your coal mine. If you are having problems, the best way to deal with them is to change your eating habits, lose weight, and get more exercise. I highly recommend eating real food, ie, plants and animals cooked at home using oils and seasonings that were in use before the advent of manufactured food. Personally, I eat very little manufactured food, and what I do has ingredient lists that are primarily real food and I skip products that have a lot of chemicals and artificial ingredients.

The Internet is full of supplements that claim to boost your NO production. I have no idea if they work, supplement experts will have to weigh in on that. Personally, I believe diet and lifestyle changes are the best path to being healthy. Eat healthy, exercise, and do not smoke are a solid strategy for life.

I just want to add -- after a recent post that led to guys posting links to pills and liquids to take to get a firmer erection, we've set out to create a master thread for helping you get a stick-stiff hard-on without relying on pharmaceuticals (which have all kinds of negative side effects you're better off not dealing with).

Like someone has already mentioned its most likely something in your head. I use to use medication to get my erection hard but its not a practical solution and never gets to the route cause of your issues. I am however a special case being in my mid 50s its inevitable that my testosterone levels are going to drop so I went down the path of TRT. The golden rule I feel is to speak to your doctor in the first instance.

you need to go on trt, check your levels, just make sure you go to the right practitioner cause it makes a huge differnce..

^ so on the trt forums they recommend micro dosing by taking 2.5 mg -5 mg daily of tadalafil (cialis) for the health benefits lowering blood pressure, lining blood vessels etc...

^ i am finally field testing this and is great! i bought 20 mg and broke into 8 pieces with a pill cutter(if you do this is really cheap and will last forever).... more pump when working out, and sex is just much better really rock solid erections since the half life is 36 hours....

I've noticed NO, and a little mary jane (if I am already comfortable with the person) does my guy wonders if I'm experiencing the half-chub. Good tips though, I'll have to try some of those.

The biggest tip - and one I haven't seen anywhere else - is give yourself permission not to have sex. This was my go-to trick a few years ago when I didn't have a lot of sexual experience and was extremely nervous. I'd just tell myself, "I'm not going to have sex with her tonight - we'll just fool around, I'll go down on her, we'll make out and do everything except sex."

It sounds strange, but it took ALL the pressure off. And I usually found if I just fooled around with her for a bit with no pressure, I'd "accidentally" get hard and we'd end up banging.

Viagra is a brand is sildenafil is shorter actong so u take it goes into work fast short esther, cialis is brand mame generic tadafil stay in the system longer and has other benefits specially if u lift....if you pull a girl about to bang viagra better due to fast acting... if you pull and u did no bang sucks, u are a tripod walking
