This is a really good thread and somewhat relatable. Here in England, we don't have "ghetto" looking chicks as such, but we have chavs.
Type "chav" into Google and that you give you a quick explanation. Basically the equivalent of what may be considered "trailer park" type people in the US.
Yes, they can be very attractive, but their manners and behaviour/voices have a certain roughness that lets you know they most probably won't respond well to cold approach. They also tend to be very connected and closed off to any outsiders, particularly formal a and well spoken people. If they think you are weird enough, may put word out into the community via word of mouth or social media.
We don't have the danger of gun violence like you do in America, but there can be unwanted social outcomes or the next time they see you in town, they may heckle you or even confront you with their boyfriend.
My advice is, do NOT approach those chicks. You might be their type but if you are an ordinary middle class guy I recommend not doing it, especially if you want to get yourself in a social mood. The juice isn't worth the squeeze.
This is the first time I have ever seen this articulated on a pickup forum and it is very good and a dose of reality because sometimes I think people in the pickup world are not living in the real world.
My advice is just to approach middle class girls. Note, middle class means something slightly different in the UK than America but just approach the normal nice looking girls, not attractive but rough ones.
Like my boy Efrem of Pull University does. He can see he only goes up to the middle class looking ones in his infields. I think in one of his London infields he accidently approached a chavy girl who responded with "Wot" and he said he didn't drop off the compliment because she was rude, which I respected him for.
