it's one of those catch-22s of life. When you're aiming for something the target constantly moves out of your way. When you let go and just be at peace the target smacks you in the face. My issue is my base instincts at the moment are to avoid rejection and negativity so I don't react in the ideal manner to an unexpected opportunity. I want to find a way to train myself to react productively by instinct. Like muscle memory. Is that possible? Can you train your mind to instantly switch from rest mode to hunter mode by instinct?
