What kept me at the site weren't any of the articles that dealt with seducing women, but the ones that focused on teaching and building those who come here to grow as better human beings. I don't care as much for sex as most guys do, I am just glad that people have actually put what I think about constantly on paper for people to take from and share as well as the community that I found here on the forums when I first joined.
I strongly encourage the guys here on the forums that have power and leverage, Tribal Leaders, to come together and discuss the necessary actions that must be carried out to bring the community back to a state of harmony.
Before reading the rest of my post, I ask that those of you who are not doing well with the stress or negativity to please watch this:

I understand that negativity and unproductive behavior only slows growth, but I see much more going on beneath the surface. Times of stress should not be looked at as a bad thing but as growth. The community is growing, the system is hitting a new roof. MAIN POINT FROM THE VIDEO: Either the system will adapt to change or it will crumble. It is up to the leaders of this community, Chase and Franco and any other people they consult, to channel what is going on and drive us all towards where they want us to be. To LEAD as Chase and many of the GC articles teach. I ask Tool and Richard to please get together with the other guys and cut out unwanted aspects of the forum. You guys can do this. Create the community (the society) you want here. This place is amazing and I find myself dumbfounded at times at how warm and positive it is compared to other forums I've seen.
If you need some radio silence and distance to think, I understand. I do that too. I also don't do well with negative ones because of my past, but I encourage you guys to talk it out. The ideal situation is that we can all come together and talk it out and understand each others perspectives in a non-judgemental manner, but life is never perfect. Too many of us, each with his own perspective and interpretations and personality.
Possible things that can/should be done:
1. Get most trusted individuals together
2. Get what you want and don't want on paper
3. How you will achieve the desired outcome
4. Test, observe, record results, conclusions, retest (Constantly evolve)
I don't know how to observe on a real time basis. One of the things that comes to mind is a rating system for each user. +1 for positive and productive behavior and -1 for negative and unproductive behavior. Different milestones hit will indicate to admins and moderators what should be done. -20 is warning, -40 is suspension, -50 is removal from forums. Positive rating, could be split into two: one for experience and/or one for behavior.
If possible, a page for each user with ANONYMOUS reviews from other users that ONLY the respective user can see. I believe this provides feedback to each of us from the community and indicates what we need to fix about ourselves without coming to find another user and verbally harass them.
I would even say that self-assessments are greatly suggested (Journaling), although not mandatory. Allows each of us to look inside of ourselves and reflect on what we are doing and collecting from our environment. To question ourselves and see if we are headed in the right direction.
A thread exclusive to the top guys that expresses what they've seen and would like to see, but is visible to the public (public can't say anything though, just look). Allows users to introspect more and adjust to the desired direction that the leaders of the community want to head in.
Just need to provide constant feedback and assessment is key, on short-term and long-term. People need a direction but they also MUST be willing to change themselves. This site is more than just seduction, but teaches us how to be the people look at and think, "How can I be more like them?"
This sounds like a lot of work and I'm asking too much (I probably am). But everything can be taken in baby steps. Using what we got by creating threads and just discussing together what we want. Most of all... someone will always come off looking like the bad guy. There'll always a figure head. But look at the most influential and beneficial individuals in our lives. They aren't always the nicest or kindest, but they get the job done. "And a man, a man provides. And he does it even when he's not appreciated, or respected, or even loved. He simply bears up and he does it. Because he's a man."
I'm still a nobody here but I want what's best for everyone so here's my two cents. Use or don't use, it's here for you guys
