How much emphasis do you put on Inner Game work?
I define Inner Game as anything you do to change your ideas/beliefs, mindsets and perspectives in ways which will (hopefully) change the way you behave around women. Ex. Things like reframing, affirmations, mindset changes, hypnosis, meditation, reflecting and analyzing past interactions with women etc.
Whereas outer game is of course, the act of just going out and chatting with real women.
One thing I would like to note is that the two are linked together. As your outer game gets better, your inner game will also improve. And vice versa. Also, it is worth mentioning that regardless of how much you tweak your beliefs and attitudes, you can't "think" your way into mastery. Going out and doing some (lots) of outer game is absolutely necessary.
But still, I think that inner game deserves at least some attention. Would you guys agree? If so, how much emphasis would you put on it?
