How much emphasis do you put on Inner Game work?

I define Inner Game as anything you do to change your ideas/beliefs, mindsets and perspectives in ways which will (hopefully) change the way you behave around women. Ex. Things like reframing, affirmations, mindset changes, hypnosis, meditation, reflecting and analyzing past interactions with women etc.

Whereas outer game is of course, the act of just going out and chatting with real women.

One thing I would like to note is that the two are linked together. As your outer game gets better, your inner game will also improve. And vice versa. Also, it is worth mentioning that regardless of how much you tweak your beliefs and attitudes, you can't "think" your way into mastery. Going out and doing some (lots) of outer game is absolutely necessary.

But still, I think that inner game deserves at least some attention. Would you guys agree? If so, how much emphasis would you put on it?

Personally, I seem to have focused 80% on inner game + 20% on outer game.

I came from a place of major weakness and needing a major overhaul on my belief system, how I approached interacting with women, not supplicating, etc. I did alot of research into it (as I had known it to be a weak point for quite awhile) with articles and videos (hell from David DeAngelo and his Deep Inner Game Videos from way back in the day).

Since I felt like I needed to improve most was my inner game, I started focusing mostly on that. Also, I find that inner mental game is the hardest part to improve. Outer game can be improved by approaching, getting fundamentals handled, etc. But inner game requires some serious instrospective work and analysis. Strong inner game can also lead to strong outer game. More inner confidence in oneself makes it much more easier to approach, more easier to up fundamentals, etc.

Bottom line is I believe it should be calibrated towards the needs of the individual. If a person has stronger inner game than outer game, they should focus on the outer game. And vice-versa. I do also agree that they are linked.
