Hey yall I was wondering what you guys think of watching sports and whether it's as much of a waste of time as playing videogames or watching movies and shows on streaming platforms.
I'm starting to get a gut feeling of yes. I'm into football and basketball and I have fun watching the NBA currently. I just can't help, but feel distracted and like i'm not using my time as well as I could be. I spend less time focusing on other productive stuff like reading self help books, learning new skills,or even cleaning my room. I think it's another comfort that weakens me and reduces my desire and hunger to grow as a man. I direct my focus into something that doesn't effect me when I could be working on my game.
I feel like I may have to give up on that or significantly cut it down to really live up to my full potential. I'm already passive as I am currently. The only nonpassive thing that I do is I get myself to go to the gym to lift weights, but that's it. What do you guys think?
