Sport is good, it is movement, activity, life... Our ancestors lived in nature, they moved around most of the day. They ate healthier diet (in a sense that no chemicals added, no processed food,...). Modern society created lots of sedentary jobs, we became lazy. We drive everywhere with cars, we don't walk anymore, we don't run... We play games, we watch porn, we are getting fat and lazy... We drink sodas overloaded with sugar or chemicals…. We eat processed food full of salt, and chemicals that cause cancer... We don't eat conservatively, we eat like pigs...
Sure, if you are 20 you don't care, your organism is naturally full of life, full of hormones. Look around how many fat kids you see, and it is getting worse. I grew up on another country, I'm far away from being the skinnies guy around, but what I see here in US is just disgusting. Once you get to 40's, 50's and 60's, all of this will accumulates. You might get different diseases, you might have diabetes and heart problems, you will feel weak and depressed, you will be lucky if you don't get cancer....
Why? Because you are consuming of all the garbage that they call food, because you don't move, because you don't care about your health. Ok, you are 20 or so, at your best age while you are the strongest... Can you do 10 pull ups nonstop? How about 20? Can you do 10-20 squats with the same pounds you weigh on your back? Can you bench 200 pounds couple of times? Can you run 1 mile without stopping? 2 miles? Can you swim 70-80 feet underwater without drowning? Actually, can you swim at all? Can you climb up to 7-8 floors without really gasping for breath? If you can you are good. If not, well, no comment.
When you exercise your brain will get more oxygen, you will think better. Your heart will be healthier. You will be skinnier, more muscular. Muscles burn fat. You will have higher level of testosterone and adrenaline. You will feel better.
Do girls prefer healthier, skinnier, more fit and muscular guys? Sure, they do. But why do it for girls? Do it for yourself, do it for your Life...
