My 2014 Resolution
As 2013 comes to an end and tomorrow is the last day of the year, i decided its time for me to put great focus into my self-improvement. I spent most of my life with no direction and not much accomplished. Ive had many good times in my young life but also went through many failures, rejection and embarrassing situations. Situations that many people go through but many never find the strength to get past. As this year ends i have a few goals to work on:
1) Passing all my exams and learning more in school.
2) Going to the gym and getting stronger, well toned and a sexier body.
3) Im doing penis exercises ( the advice from pegym.com ) to get a bigger penis. I'm around average (5 inches) but i want to get at least 1 to 2 more inches then i can set a new target.
4) And finally, i want to improve my social skills in general. my main focus is on getting over my approach anxiety, making and maintaining friends, and getting good at conversation.
Thats all my goals. Keep it at 5 or less as Chase says to help keep motivation instead of writing a whole lot of new year goals then quitting after 2 months in the year when you still haven't achieved anything.
In terms of improving my social skills, my plan is:
1) Starting January to the end of February i putting most of my focus on the girls chase diagnostic beginner eBook, dealing with my general anxiety and beating it to the ground learning to get better at having interesting conversations with everyone!
Is that too much? I'm not sure but i have 2 more years in high school and so i going to have to burn the house down to achieve them. Of course i wont push non-stop, ill just be doing enough without burnout while rapidly improving.
After February, i plan to do this schedule as closely as possible:
1) Going to meet girls 3 times a week.
2) Going to the gym 2 times a week.
3) doing my studies when i arrive home every night.
4) getting up about 4am for my penis exercises 2 days on and 1 day off intervals (to prevent injury and maximize gains.
I'm going to do my best to stick to this rough plan and ill be updating how these are going on this thread as the year goes by!
