I'm currently in the army, for a couple months. Most men around me are farmers, construction workers, firemen (all very physical and masculine jobs) from smaller cities with little chance for advanced education. In an environment such as this one, students or people from big cities are usually looked down on.
How does a guy from a completely different background befriend such people, work with them, and avoid being an outcast?
