Me, to both chicks: Soooo, how's your night going? Asides from guarding the bar, of course.
Middle girl: yeah it's alright.
Me: just alright?
Middle girl: yeah. and you?
Me: A bit better than alright I hope
They laught a bit but seem bored. Not of me (I hope lol) but probably since they arrived in the venue.
Me (grabbing my drink from the bartender) I'm James btw (switch my drink to my left hand and extend the right one to each one of them) They give me their names and I repeat each name + wonderful to meet you before moving to the next. I start from left to right and when I reach the right chick, the one I like most, I let my handshake and eye contact linger a few more seconds.
Me: You girls play pool? (I gesture nochalantly at the pool table I was playing)
Middle girl: If you mean play as in play "well", no, but we can try to score.
Me: Well as long as you can handle a stick and a few balls, should be fine (wink)
They giggle.
Me: You girls should join me. Let's make that night better than "alright"
I said the word "alright" in the same voice as the middle said it, which gets them laughing.
They follow me to the table.
Me: Alright, so how should we do this? 2 v 2 or...?
Middle girl: nooooo you play against us 3.
Me: Aight aight, best of luck.
I high five each one of them and wink at my girl. Let's call her Becca. She's
During the next 15-20 minutes, I wreck them in pool while teasing the heck out of them.
I give them each a generous amount of my attention and add 10% more for Becca. It soon becomes apparent I favour her but it's not said. Kind of how you could tell the teacher favoured a particular kid at school by the extra attention.
When I offer to help Becca with a shot, the other two make comments like "of couuuuurse you had to help herrr!"
I pretend I don't catch on the innuendo and continue being flirting with all of them, with some extra attention to Becca.
The dynamic was like that of a high school group of friends teasing two of their friends who obviously like each other.
