Curious what is the male gen z dressed up style? When the girls are in cocktail dresses, a crew neck is underdressed, no? And faded denim too casual. Even dark indigo could be too "work wear" in some settings?
And in a previous response to someone else I wrote how I never change my outfits to fit the venue because I know what is high status. well the simple answer to that is to see which attractive male celebrities are currently in the news. Because girls followers of pop culture news are looking at. They see the celebrities they like and it gets imprinted into their brains. What the guy is wearing, clothes, jewelry, shoes, his hairstyle (and although you can’t smell the person. They’re not associating the smell of nautica voyage with those guys. So you want to smell like someone who has status. The one I wear accomplishes that). So if you are able to mimic that, you get the desired result. “He looks just like the guy I’m currently obsessed with. My previous attempt at this (highlighted in my archetype thread) was a failure because I did not take this association into account. They saw me and there wasn’t any guy they could associate this except some rich dad who plays golf. So I had a I go back to the drawing board and took a month long break from gaming until I sorted it out.
Below are the changes I’ve made to better tailor my approach to gen z using the video above on accessories and this one by Matteo
The thing to notice about both of them is they talk about things that will give you points and things that will take away points. The points total is how much aura (I know it’s a cringe word but this is what I’m calling it. Because a lot of girls will tell you “that guy has aura. Even when you’re just standing looking at your phone not talking to anyone) you have. In the video she talks about a bunch of icks like diamond earrings, and a bunch of other things (don’t have time to list them all but they are in her video) and things that add points. There are also things that are neutral. Meaning they won’t give you aura points nor will they take away aura points. You’re just basic. One of these things is the basic adidas sambas. Once an item that have you points. Now no longer gives you any because of how common the shoe is.
I’ll start from the bottom and make my way to the top
shoes
I currently have two shoes that I rotate for the summer. They are the Nike P-6000 in metallic silver

And the Uggs ultra mini boots.
I choose these because metallic shoes are trendy. As are the asics. Following Matteo’s advice in the video and rather than get a basic asics shoe (which would be neutral in terms of points) I got something that would add points. The uggs I was inspired by many of the pics I’ve seen of Justin bieber (who’s made himself very relevant in the news this year) wearing these Ugg type shoes with his oversized jeans. The Uggs again also are different than the common Birkenstock clogs you see everywhere.
Jeans
I got both my jeans (one in light wash and one in dark blue denim) from Abrand jeans. Whose company is in Australia. Specially the mega baggy ones
Big just got better. Designed with a massive oversized fit, these bright mid-blue jeans are all about making a statement The super roomy seat, wide legs, and slightly stacked finish create an exaggerated look, complete with a 60 cm hem With oversized pockets and an internal drawcord for easy...

This ones explanation is simple. I didn’t feel like any of the ones I purchased in the states had the right baggy silhouette.
Shirts
XL oversized shirts that I cropped myself. I was previously wearing very long uncropped shirts. But as i looked at other guys shirts. It struck me as crazy what a difference the cropping effect makes in terms of association. A couple of pictures will make that apparent. how long shirts can associate you with thug (which is what you don’t want. Unless you like hoodrats) and cropped shirts associate you with status fashionable person with aura
Vs
Jewelry
The girl in the video talks about the importance of stacking jewelry. I for example have unique rings on all my fingers. Couple of bracelets. And 3 necklaces stacked on top of each other in different sizes and thickness. Which pair very nicely with one another. The brands they are from are:
Kuyashii, Vitaly, and hard jewelry.
Haircut
And last my haircut I took the hairstyle of a celebrity who is in the news and a lot of gen z girls (white, black, Hispanic, Asians) are very familiar with. Rauw Alejandro (I already have a lot of tattoos on me which gets me a lot of bad bunny (who obviously is also very popular with gen z girls and older girls) references with. But this further associates me with Rauw.
So in the end, all these things hit the girls at once. And is why I don’t have to deal with yellows or reds anymore. The greens reveal themselves instantly to me. It’s up to me to decide which one I want.
