I am curious to see if anyone has read this book. I do not recommend the book at all, but there are a few interesting things there that I never see discussed/explored in the seduction community.

Its title is misleading, its not really a guide or a method or anything like that. Its mostly a collection of fictional/historical work.

It's an amazing book and gives you a good comprehensive guide on attraction and different types of characters.

It also helps alter your psychology on what you think is and isnt possible, sometimes you may give up on a seduction not realising you are seducing the target incorrectly.

For example sending mixed signals, for the beginner, they don't understand how potent this is... they forget the girls who they smashed easily because they wasn't that interested and sent mixed signals... However when the pretty girl comes along they declare their undivided love for her and can't understand why she lost attraction.

The book, does give you methods, however it doesn't say in detail how to carry them out, that's the beauty of it, find that within yourself and you become unique. Furthermore your target is unique, you need to judge what elements to use upon them. As the book says, find or create a need, this works beautifully, if a girl lacks adventure and you remind her of this indirectly, eventually she will come to you.

I would personally pick this book on seduction over any other if there was just one... it nailed it.

I find the videos helpful also, this guy has hosted it on YouTube, if you interested subscribe for the rest.

I read the book some six seven years ago. My understanding of things was poor and reading that book certainly didn't make much of a change. Maybe it's useful on a more advanced level.

Art of seduction by Robert Green is a true masterpiece and a must have for all people wanting to learn the fine arts of seduction.

This is actually one of my absolute favorite seduction litterature. The book literally filled with examples of historic personas and characters from fiction, both seductive men and female. It actually covers diffrent seducer-types and also diffrent victim-types that i found useful during my years in the field. A very in-depth seduction bible that basically covers all the important aspects of seduction from finding the right victim until closing the deal and making your girl be obsessed over you. I always recommend this book to anyone that wants to learn pickup for real. I have re-read this book multiple times, it's actually getting really worn out from all the use.

Did you find any parts of the book to be implementable? If so what parts of the book have you been able to use?

The sending mixed signal concept and a few others really got me interested, then his lack of explanation killed the vibe. He takes an idea and then never proves it and spams us with 20 million cheesy fictional examples to back-up his ideology. Thats how I felt about the whole book, there is no way of implementing his ideology and the literature he uses to back him up is extremely weak, absurd and probably full of false information. Those who tell a story tend to over-exagerate. For instance, there are plenty of stories in there that promote cringy needy behavior like professing your love to a women you just met etc. No matter how much of a open mind I tried to have while reading the book, the majority of it just didn't sit right with me. The ideologies were amazing, but the bulk of the book and his explanations fell flat.

That is one of the things that was in my head when I made the topic. That is highly unexplored in the communty, why not have a completely different game plan based on your personal strengths and your assessment of what type of girl you are dealing with. How to properly assess her and put her into a category etc, he has a list of 9 type of seducers here https://www.scholarfox.com/blog/the-9-types-of-seducers-from-the-art-of-seduction and a list of 18 types of victims here https://www.scholarfox.com/blog/sed...ypes-from-robert-greenes-the-art-of-seduction

A lot of the ideologies in the book resonate with me but they left me feeling extremely underwhelmed. I will put my interpretation in parenthesis, to point out a few of them in no particular order: 1. Send mixed signals (I know this works but how, when and why?), 2. Choose the right victim (this needs to be explored, im very interested in this topic), 3. Create a need, stir anxiety (Very dark ideology but it makes sense), 4. Master the art of insinuation (I interpreted this as being indirect and ambiguous, kinda like sending mixed signals), 5. Use the demonic power of words to stir confusion (In other words you appeal to her and comfort her insecurities regardless of how disingenuous you have to be), 6. Disarm through strategic weakness and vulnerability (show signs of weakness to make yourself seem more "believable") , 7. Mix pleasure with pain (push-pull, etc), 8. Give them the space to fall (flip the script and make her do the pursuing), 9. Master the art of the bold move (Don't be a pussy and be tactical with your bold moves).

He lists 24 rules, I only mentioned the ones that catch my attention. I felt underwhelmed reading the sections on those concepts because a part of me feels like they can be powerful tactics but they are never explained properly.

The book made me realize that although the women I do well with all fall into distinct categories, they all have a similar "image/concept" of me in their heads. The ones I do horrible with have a completely different "interpetation" of me, so im trying to work on a way to calibrate which category to blend myself into based on my assessment of the particular women's weakness. The best lady killers I know are very fluid and can put themselves into various categories at will, I need to step it up.

In all honesty I think especially young men would see more results with seduction of women getting in shape and just improving social skills. The book has an archaic feel to it. Especially considering in 2020 I'd argue text game is way more important than "seduction skills".

The book was a required recommended reading during the community older days which is not the case anymore where it's actually dismissed from most people. One interesting thing for me that the book covers a way to seduce that is the opposite of what we see here namely taking the seduction slow (sometimes very slow), indirection and make women fall in love with the man before even having sex with her. The book actually advises to make her fall in love first then sex will come as a side effect which ist the opposite of what we are taught here where we have sex then other stuff follows.

So as the experienced guy who actually loves the book I would love to know your intake about these points.
