This has recently became one of my favorite push tactics. Don't use this in response to a girl saying she's a "good girl", though. It has to be impromptu, or she will easily recognize your intent with making such a statement.
This has worked in many different ways for me: initiating sex talk, setting expectations, breaking LMR, and even re-framing after a failed first date or interaction.
Used this last night, and the result was so profound that I just HAD TO share this today. Was talking to a girl (target) and her friend, and the friend says she thought we would make a cute couple. I said "me too, but she might be too much of a "good girl" for me" (making air quotes with my fingers and a sly, sexy smile). She girl gasped and blurted out "I am not!" and for the next half hour proceeded to try to prove me wrong, and ended up fellating me in the beer garden
