Hey fellas,

We're kicking off a new project headed up by Varoon, that came out of a brainstorming session between him and Franco and Alek on how to make Girls Chase easier to navigate. (I forget if the original idea was Franco's or Varoon's, but Varoon's take ownership and sketched out how this thing will look, and it looks awesome)

The basic gist of it is we have tons of articles, but because there are so many a lot of good ones get lost in the mix. It's also very hard for guys to find the specific articles they'd like to read. So what this project proposes is to organize articles into learning tracks.

I'm real excited by this idea. I think it's an excellent, brilliant idea.

Here's how it works:

For instance, say you want to learn social circle. You'll click on the Social Circle Track. A menu slides over on the left side of the screen, showing you a ladder with 10 rungs. You start out at Rung 1: Getting Started with Social Circle. There are four articles to read there. This makes it easy to focus on beginner level social circle stuff, then move to the next rung when ready, then the next, etc.

Here's a mockup of what this looks like on the site (courtesy Varoon):

article-rungs.jpg

You can see the ladder on the left. Rung #4 in this track/ladder is "hook women" and it has "You are reading XYZ article" and an "Also relevant" list of six related articles on that rung.

We'll have neat little icons for each category to make it more visual and fun, etc.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Obviously we want to cover important tracks/ladders, like:

  • Date Track (how to get a date)
  • Phone Track (how to text, how to call)
  • Conversation Track (how to talk to a girl)
  • Flirtation Track (how to flirt, banter)
  • Fundamentals Track (how to be sexy)
  • Confidence Track (inner game)
  • Nonverbal Communication Track (gestures, body language)
  • One-Night Stand Track
  • Day Game Track
  • Nightlife Track
  • Social Circle Track
  • Get a Girlfriend Track
  • Create Harems Track
  • Sex Track (orgasms, oral sex, etc.)
  • Casual Relationship Track (FWB)
  • Long-Term Relationship Track (LTRs)
  • Marriage Track (screen for a wife, JJ's Modern Marriage series, divorce rape)
  • Open Relationship Track

Etc.

What we'd like to know from you is are there any important tracks you think we need to include that you do not see in the list above?

Is there a track you'd really like to see us organize articles into? Topics you enjoy reading about and would like to see in ladder form?

We're going to use this thread to help figure out stuff we've missed - I'm betting there are at least a few major subjects Varoon and I haven't already thought of guys can point to and we'll say "Ohhh yeahhhh, we definitely need that as a track on there!"

If you have additional tracks you'd like to see, or any other thoughts or suggestions, please post 'em here. All your thoughts are invaluable and will be a big help to get GC more organized and more easily navigable for readers new and old alike.

Unless you're covering it in the "fundamentals" or "nonverbal" section; definitely need to add a "How to Dress" track.

I think a "How to Dress" section stands out enough to have it's own slot, though!

Couple others:

  • - How to approach
    - How to lose your virginity
    - How to online date or use apps
    - How to travel and get laid
    - How to join sex lifestyles (BDSM etc)
    - Understand sex and movements (politics, etc)

Frame Track: Underlying frame of an interaction, and frame control

The tracks you suggest are themes. Besides this, I would suggest also an easy access to the articles where you describe the basics, such as getting compliance, leading a girl, getting her to qualify, getting her to invest, how to be a sexual man, chasing vs persistence, auto-rejection, value, attainability, evolutionary psychology narrative, etc...

Chase I remember you detailed all these basic concepts in your early articles dated, I believe, 2010 - 2012. These articles were most useful.

Friendships track - both with men and women

Philosophical section or something similar where you include the articles like the mind control article, things you need to have handled by 35 or whatever age it was. Maybe not a philosophical track but something to include stuff like this as well. Perhaps a lifestyle track? Could include Hector's genuine man series as well as his respect series.

Business stuffs track

Testing/chase frames is a possible but would probably be better suited into the conversation/flirtation ones

Then there's the current events or movements like with gropocalypse

I'd also like to see something like a beginner mindsets track, or what you'll typically experience and go through as a beginner and then also intermediate/advanced as well. This could also include a what-you-need-to-focus-on-to-get-to-the-next-stage (similar but different from the diagnostics email bribe) part

I agree with Richard that dressing should probably be on its own. Yes it's a fundamental but it's also got so much more to it than other fundamentals do

Since I'm assuming these will go into different sections that people can navigate to you could also make some sections for Tactic Tuesdays and similar things like that.

VAC track could be useful by itself as well as something for GISS (lol I'm not letting that one go!)

-Love at First Sight Track (Love at First Sight, Finding Love at First Sight I and II, etc.)

-Online Dating Track

-Livelihood Track (Purpose of Life From A Practical Point of View, Civilized Man, Unconventional Lifestyle, How to Master Anything, Time Efficiency, Time Management, etc.)

-Newbie Track (Cant Stop Thinking About Her?, How to Get Girls: The Last Post Youll Ever Need, I Dont Chase Em I Replace Them, maybe Move Faster?, etc.)

Hope that's valuable:)

Holy shit this is fucking brilliant. WOW. We have the best folks, don't we?!

Here's some of my thoughts.

- Vibe Track. I think Ricardus' X-Factor series will be the crux of that. It's similar to non-verbal track but a bit more...esoteric?

- Reputation Track

I'll think of more soon.

I really like the idea of the article tracks. That should help make everything much easier to navigate and sift through based on sticking points.

I definitely agree with the others on adding a "lifestyle design" or "personal success" track (for all the articles like "12 things to have handled by age 35", "street smarts", "Life's Purpose", "How to survive a moral panic", etc).

Also a sexual politics track aforementioned (navigating feminism articles, "Morality of women", "Gropocalypse", "Prediction for sexual marketplace 20 years down the road")

Lastly I might suggest a track for "Early GC articles". There are a bunch of OG articles from Chase in the first 2 years of the site that I think get overlooked quite a bit (i.e. never mentioned) but have a ton of Gold even if they are a bit dated. I feel like these OG articles may not make it into any of the aforementioned tracks but should still be included somewhere.

This couldn't have come at at a better time, personally.

Facial Expressions Track?(If not included in nonverbal section)

I also second Mr.Rob and Seppuku on Early GC articles track.

"How Women Think" would be a nice one, as well.

Just for reference, are these tracks going to have subcategories within them or is everything just being given it's own slot?

Thought I'd chime in a little more here!

This project is actually two projects/goals in one. The first part of this project is creating a functioning site Index, which will allow you to search through all articles on GC by a series of filters. The second part of this project is creating and implementing the Learning Tracks, which will allow a user to go follow a set path to learning a skill.

You will be able to filter out articles by year using the Index, in addition to a filter like "Tactics Tuesdays" among other filters/categories.

I like the idea of a "Basics" track, as well as a "Dress" track and everything else that has been listed.

Also, thank you all for the suggestions - keep them coming! I will be working to implement a learning track for everything listed in this thread.

Approach Anxiety Track
Troubleshooting track- If people are stuck and can't seem to improve, what should they do?
College game track- closely related to social circle. Maybe this can be a part of social circle track? Idk
Mindsets track- For example, shedding victim mentality, bitterness towards women etc.
Self improvement track- Things which are not directly related to picking up women, but will indirectly help you (e.g. meditation, overcoming depression/anxiety, improving nutrition, quitting porn etc.)
Finding a Niche Track- Maybe includes articles related to assessing your own strengths & weaknesses and using them to choose where to meet women who will appreciate what you have to offer
Interview Track-includes interviews by authors on this website
Other resources track- Perhaps this one will be a little different in that it won't necessarily be articles. But maybe it could be a list of resources outside of GirlsChase (e.g. books which would benefit guys on here which aren't written by you or any GC author, other dating coach's material who you would indorse etc.).
Best of Forums Track- Maybe you could include some of the best posts here on the forum. Not necessarily articles, but are still very insightful and will help a lot of guys learn (e.g. your "Getting a hot girl of any type" thread.)
Advanced Track- Articles for guys who mostly understand and do pretty well with women, but still want to challenge themselves, or brush up and fine tune wrinkles.

Lots of excellent suggestions here, gents. Grazie.

We should be beginning the initial technical setup for this this week, now that One Date tech is pretty much ready (few more tweaks on that, but all the major/custom/hard stuff is done).

If anyone's late to the thread and has more suggestions, please continue to leave 'em. Varoon will reference this thread as he tackles grouping and indexing of site content.

Fire contributions from everyone. The more tracks the better.

One thing I didn't see referenced was a "gender dynamics" track. Training guys to understand male and female roles from a scale ranging from the basics on how men and women interact to the intricacies of women's worldview and how best to pace their realities, perhaps even delving into the different cultures and subcultures. That was one of the most important things I ever learned from GC and I doubt I would have figured it out on my own without it.

One more thing- when I was new the "How to" column, as well as the "Classics" column, were invaluable to me as someone who was a complete stranger to game. It helped me realize how big and comprehensive the material was, as well as being addicting to get through all of each column.

I'm guessing the Classics articles will be mostly blended into the various tracks, but I think it would be fantastic if either the "How To" column got updated with all the new "How To" articles, or a big "How To" track was made.

@ Inbocca-

Yeah, that'd be a great track. Great suggestion. I guess the finesse is in sorting out what goes into a "Female Worldviews and Psychology" track, which one goes into a "Male-Female Dynamics" track, etc.

@ Ambiance-

Yes, we need to update the "classics" and "how to" section. Haven't changed those in years. Thanks for noting how valuable to you those were; we've had them up for a while but you're never quite sure exactly what people use and interact with and what they don't.

There's probably a better way to display that information on the sidebar and make it easier to sift through classics and how tos better / more easily than the way we have it now. Maybe something where a bunch of results are displayed, and then there's a way to open up more navigation (or tracks).

I suppose eventually we'd want some kind of YouTube-like "recommended for you" feature. Though that'd be later down the line.

Absolutely great idea, I can imagine it will require quite some work.

I remember some years ago I was sad to see GC pump so many articles on such detailed and random stuff as that would dilute the great content. This is the answer to that "problem".

The easy quick fix is to make lists of the best articles like Ambience suggests and like you've already done. That would probably take you to 60% of this track project will get you with 10% of the work.

And just a further suggestion thrown out there Chase as you mention you don't know what users do on your site: there are services that allow you to check what the users click on, so you can see how they behave when they're on site.
Hotjar is one of them.

Lux-

It's a "quality problem", indeed!

I think article tracks will solve the navigation issue quite nicely, yeah.

I've looked at HotJar, actually. Have it on my list of things to try out on the site (of course, that list stretches back to about 2012 or so, and has all kinds of things. I had a guy propose something to me recently, and looked at my list and saw I had the same thing noted down for us to try out 6 years ago. That is the "too many ideas, not enough time" problem - should be solved as we grow the team).

Hey Guys, Varoon here!

We've been working hard here to create and launch the new GirlsChase Learning Tracks and Index page - as promised, it's going to revolutionize the way you can use GirlsChase by making it very easy to search and filter for information contained in our articles, and also give clear paths to learn essential skills when it comes to seduction - by having all relevant articles for a certain skill accessible and viewable in one place.

There will be two components to the Learning Tracks. The first to launch will be the Index, which will allow regular users to search for any of the 1800+ articles on the website by selecting a series of tags, which include:

- Type of content (Articles, Podcasts, Book Reviews, Videos, etc)
- Subject Matter (Understand Process, Game Styles, Communication, Logistics, etc).
- Subject Matter for Men (Masculinity, Aggressiveness, Dominance, Standards, Confidence, Appearance, etc.)
- Subject Matter for Women (Female Behavior, Female Communication, Attraction to Men, What Women Want, etc.)
- Filtering by Article Year, Author, Experience Level, and more.

Users can also suggest their own tags to each article, which will be approved by a GirlsChase Administrator.

Here's a couple of screenshots of the Beta version of the Index page, so you can see what it looks like. Over the next two weeks or so I'll be making several posts on this thread so you can follow along and see how to use this bad boy. The screenshots show results from the first 199 articles on GirlsChase; we've classified about 70% of the 1800+ articles on the entire website, with completion in about a week or two.

1gspc9.jpg

rmqjq9.jpg

nxwewk.jpg

However, I'd like to post a quick user survey to better understand your needs in using this module:

- We are going to filter remaining results so that articles still accessible remain on top. Would you rather see the interface sort these by number of results, or by the topic in alphabetical order? The screenshots above show filters by number of results, and thus all topics do not appear in alphabetical order.
- Would you like to see the tags in the Index only, or on the articles as well?
- Would you like to see a list of referenced articles within each article?
- For the Learning Tracks, would you rather read each article listed under each Skill Step within the module, or would you rather be directed to the article page itself with a means to get back into the Learning Tracks module?
- We're thinking of a Wikipedia like navigation system per Track (that feature at the bottom that shows you other relevant Wikipages, subjects, etc) - does this interface work well for you as a user?
- What other features, if any, would you like to see in the Index?

We're going to launch the Index first using the 1800+ articles on the website, as a testing platform, before integrating all the tracks requested above into the system. Eventually you will have a button to select between "Tracks" and "Index."

I hope you're as excited as I am, as people have been asking for an easier way to use GC for years now. Once the Index is fully launched and working well, we'll be moving to implement the Learning Tracks features - which means you'll be able to learn specific skillsets and get to certain goals utilizing all the content available on GirlsChase!

Yours, Varoon :)

I just wanted to say that this looks amazing, and it's absolutely what the site needs.

Readers of the site: you're in for a nice treat when this is finished. ;)

Cheers,

Franco
