A lesser known method to meet hot young women

Start a business: A good friend and I started a clothes/fashion business some years ago as a side hustle, focusing on men's casual wear. T-shirts, jerseys, hoodies, pants. Of course T-shirts & hoodies can be worn by women also. All top-shelf cotton/denim & proudly made in the USA on the west coast.

So what's our secret method to getting to meet lots of hot young women every 4 months? Unpaid internships.

In any big city or college town, it's very likely there's a school that has majors in fashion design & marketing. Many colleges, like the one we [mainly] recruit from, require internships and real-world experience to graudate. We take on 3 students a semester/summer, 1 in each of 3 areas:
1) social marketing/sales, branding
2) Fashion design/color & logos,
3) web design/UX [can be from any school of course]

They come work for us for 10-13 weeks and we give them real work to do, not a lot, but real. We obviously pick the girls so who do we pick? The best looking, competent ones with fun personalities. Do you know how many college girls are looking for either college credits/resume fillers/something to do over the summer even if unpaid? A LOT, particularly in fashion, who wants to be a cashier at HomeDepot? If they need a good review or 'grade' from us to their professors we always give a good one, which also increases the size of our funnel down the road.

My partner and I are both 40+ [he has the design background] and have put a decent, not large, sum of money in our startup but you can start doing something similar with very little capital upfront. You can get 1-color, printed logo/name T-shirts for $3 or less in a run of 500, made in the US. How many organizations in a school/city need T-shirts each year? Or hoodies, polos, you name it. There's no reason you can't do the same on a tiny budget.

We don't need an office, we just rent space for meetings, or have them at a lunch place. The retailers we sell thru will also let us use their space for meetings. We take them out for drinks [and dinner] occasionally. Any event launches they can attend. Plus they help out for any setup, display, transport product to new shops, etc. We obviously give them feedback on their/our work product - this is actually the best way to see if there's chemistry for me.

And, no, we don't hit on these girls at work. First, we meet significantly more than we actually pick and we get their contact information so we can let them know if they're hired; and that alone has given good results. 'Sorry it didn't work out this summer, but please re-apply next time, let's discuss what you can improve/I wanted to pick you but my partner really liked XYZ instead....'

Secondly, we let the chemistry and tension for the actual interns build while they are working with us -- once they're finished, they are no longer 'employees,' of any sort, and we've given them a good review [regardless] so it's completely up to them if they want to bang an older man or not. Often they do, given they've been exposed to our expertise and the fact we own our own company, even if its not Balmain. Plus we have a professional network that can benefit them in the future.

It's definitely a bonus they know how busy we are, as I said initially this isn't my 'real' job so we're basically deniable dick for them who can meet up 1x a week at most. And, frankly, girls in the fashion/creative space tend to be more pro-slut and certainly dress a lot nicer than most, wear stilettos, etc. I've had interns tell me on their last day they were going to fuck my brains out that night.

It took us a little while to figure this system out, but I think most organized guys in this forum could do it anytime they wanted as long as they like selling things and/or running a startup PT. But you could obviously do it just to meet girls if you really wanted, hell you could sell pink T-shirts that have 'I heart Taylor Swift' printed on them in a concert parking lot or college campus for a lot more than $3...think how many hot chicks that alone would put in your sights.

Anyone in Australia wanna help me start a business so we can smash the young applicants together?

I've actually been saying this for a while now: the best method of pulling younger women is through social circles and power dynamics (e.g., teacher, guardian, manager). It's how my previous landlord lost his marriage (a restaurateur).

Very interesting, sounds like a great way to meet girls, also you can probably meet even more in entrepreneurship masterclasses, networking events etc

How do you find clients? Do you have retail shops who sell them, or did you set up an online shop?

We sell online and B&M. But, we're only a 'local' brand so we don't do a ton of selling online, for one thing our prices are higher because we use the best materials and have managed to get access to the best factory in the country that makes our clothes, so our website is more educational about our brand and process, although we do sell some of our items on there.

We generally do small batch runs for our partner shops so the items are truly exclusive although we do large runs of the basics, black T-shirts, etc.

I am not trying to hate on the post, but the "don't shit were you eat" "me too" etc.... in usa, this could be a bit complicated.....

But yea any managerial, boss, owner position, head chef, head promoter etc...... Position of authority even a teacher or martial arts teacher it has always been a niche for young women....

But i would be careful with current atmosphere specially in USA....

One solution to this is don’t do anything with the girls that have any work connection, but try to bring them into a social circle where they bring their friends, and date the friends.

I am not trying to hate on the post, but

Of course you are.

It was made clear in OP when they are no longer doing work for us, and we've given them whatever review/grade they need, we have zero power over them. There's no pay, promotions, raises, job, etc, after the internship, which is made clear before they start. They get the experience of working for a 'real' company, in their preferred industry, where they can make an impact. Period. They get free T-shirts and a hoodie.

The last thing I want is for anyone to feel like they had to do anything with me, for any reason. That's not a turn-on but a giant turn-off.
By the time 3 months have gone by, I'm wise enough to know who is actually interested whether as a FWB, who just wants to be arm-candy, or potential relationship or never speak to me again.

The whole point of my D/s relationships is they enjoy voluntarily submitting to me, body and mind. That's exciting -- for both of us. If they're not interested in banging me, I'm not interested in banging them. Simple.

The fact we've never had a hint of blowback from anyone: past interns, schools, admins, et al is proof of concept. It's been many years. And 90% of them are smart enough to have spoken to our prior interns, they know there are actual tasks to accomplish, not just sit around and flirt with two older guys.

So how do you work the actual game aspect? Flirt without showing direct interest while they’re interning and after invite them to an event then progress from there?

Thank you for the clarification, you don't know me or my intentions, i thought you were doing that while at work, so did other posters "modern day casting couch comment" if is after is over then is good....

Yeah pretty much same story. Friend is rich has a modeling agency and uses that for fast lays.

Please explain How does the escalation work with with these young girls. How could it be applied in other scenarios that doesn’t have a revolving door of young interns like a cafe business?

you mentioned you contact them to meet up after the internship but how do you go from discussing their career prospects to showing sexual intent? Do they ever give you resistance (age gap etc) and how to do you handle that? You said they are into the kinky dominance stuff—when exactly do you bring that up to them? is it part of the seduction process or is it something you discuss after she’s in the sack?

Thank you
