I have done 10-15 daygame approaches per day for very short periods of time like if i'm travelling or have a few days in a row free. Definitely not sustainable in the long run. 30 approaches a week is good. Me approaching comes in waves. One week I might do 3 approaches and the next week 40 approaches.
