Once again, flew right over your head @Carousel and it really shows why some people are great at giving advice and some have no business in dong so. "Facts", stroking your own ego, and it's all about you. Notice how the people giving advice on this thread have kept it to the problems at hand.

Who exactly are you? Who are you to decide who is allowed to give advice here in general?

I get it dude, you're a sheltered guy with an out of whack ego who is clearly more driven to prove himself than to really help anyone. To be honest with you, I am struggling in some aspects of life right now and prefer to talk to those who I admire and are intent on helping, not to have some mod throw a fit because his ego got wounded.

To me, you don't practice what you preach. This thread is proof of that. You lack the self-awareness of noticing that someone has no intentions of taking advice from you whether it is now or ever, yet you continue to drag this whole thing out into an argument.

Once again, I called it, you have an out of whack ego and lack self-awareness yourself. Please continue to argue to stroke it.

The level of projection here is truly astonishing.

PS: You have gotten your medical advice now, in case you need more, you should check out the products of Gunwitch. I believe it was "Way of Gun". That one talks a lot about body chemistry.

I am the guy asking for advice, so I have the right to say whose is good and who has no business giving me any...no different than the guy who tells others not give someone advice. As for projecting, not a chance, be real with yourself on the past posts. You take a thread where I said it could be a health issue of mines and make it into a personal grudge. You truly lacked self-awareness and had no intentions of helping in my eyes.

Well holy fucking shit @Carousel.

THAT is how you give advice.

It's not personal or anything, you give someone links and actionable feedback they can take to actually help. Not going about criticizing someone when you are far from perfect yourself but actually giving them relevant shit.

@YS. Hey man interesting book list. Which of the books about the diet would you recommend as first. At the lifestyle sub-forum we have a post about books which we have read and recommend. I invite you to post some of your recommendations.

Reading the Mood Cure made me go Paleo for 3 years and changed my life dramatically. I'd go with that.

No. If you already know what is the correct advice you would not have to ask. But again, this is very common - people often do not want to hear what is actually their problem.

Now I will not feed you anymore. And neither should anybody else. The last word is hereby yours.

For now, I think I am going to spend majority of my time on the journal and field reports forum. I'll keep progress on my health as well to keep you guys looped into what is going on because I am afraid I could actually have something serious right now without even knowing it. I felt a bit odd and weird towards the start of 2019 and developed a drinking habit as well around 2018.

It might be time for a short hiatus until I get this health thing figured out and get to the point of waking up with raging boners like I used to. I actually saw an old fling yesterday night and it wasn't the same.

Seriously, I do feel like a walking zombie on a lot of days.

No...you didn't give advice at first, you just brought up old posts and made it personal. Some people......I think an inflated ego truly is the problem here. People will hear advice but you have to actually give it instead of getting personal.

As for the bold, yeah I prefer not to be in contact with you but once again, everyone else should be free to do what they feel best. I keep in touch with a lot of people here off the forum so come on guy.

As for the last word being mines, yeah we'll see how that stands, you don't come off as someone who will stick by your word based on what I have seen from you.

Oh Pry,

What I was doing was not,"Mod Abuse." It was me performing moderation, i.e., policing the board to keep trouble makers, in this case that would be you, in line. Your behavior was outside the envelope of acceptability in the locked thread, and we are not going to put up with that sort of response to perfectly civil posts by you or anyone else.

You are rude to people, and when people are nice enough to write some advice with your problem du jour, you dismiss it or rationalize why it won't work rather than try and put it to use. I don't have to have read everything you have written to have an opinion on your contribution's value. I have read you enough to make a judgement, largely because you are one of the most reported posters here. When a post is reported, the Moderators have to take time out of their day to read the whole thread, and then discuss what to do about it.

So, again, I am telling you. You need to stop flogging the same few dead horse topics, and start being more civil and polite with people when you reply to them.

That sheds light on a lot of things actually. Thank you.
