PSSD = Endgame?

First of all, congratulations Chase on the website - it's a vault of precious knowledge that I feel lucky to have discovered some months ago.

Now, to my question.

3 years ago I started suffering from PSSD (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post-SSRI_sexual_dysfunction).

To make it short, I got a permanent Erectyle Dysfunction after taking some antidepressants - my d is basically at 15-20% of its original function, sometimes even less.

I discovered only late that I had a pretty good engine before - I was able to fuck for 3 or 4 hours straight and get immediate mental erections, although I used it very little before the PSSD, so I didn't exploit my "potential" at all. After the pills, my d basically died. It was at 0% for some months, then it started to work again but at extremely reduced capacity.

I lost a hot girlfriend due to it (I'm pretty sure that was the main reason - since I had a "window" in which my ED was restored for a day, and I saw the extreme difference in her that day - she was basically worshipping me after having fucked her for hours. She visibly changed from night to day.)

And in the last two years I never had sex again - I had some opportunities, but I just wasn't able to pull an erection for the hook-up.

I'm wondering if this is the endgame for me.

Apart from the pain and sadness this whole situation gives me - it's sort of like living inside the Matrix - but I don't want to get into victim rant here.

I'm just asking, concretely, if it's possible to have a decent lover and seducer life with a half-dead dick.

I am still looking for solutions - I took hundreds of supplements and tried every diet and co. in the hope to restore its functionality back. I'm not surrendering, although right now it's 3 years and I probably got just a 20-25% improvement - and I'm gonna see an andrologist (although my trust in the medical sector has understandably gone to zero).

But, ultimately, I'm wondering if there's a way to have a decent sexual life in the conditions I am right now.

It means finding girls who are ok with waiting 10-15 minutes for an erection, and possibily get 10-15 minutes of action - not being able to penetrate while standing or in more difficult positions. Girls who would be ok of a sex life consisting mainly of 69s, oral sex and lying positions.

Is there any hope? What would be the best strategy for me in this case?

Thank you so much, I know it's a complex condition but getting some feedback from here would be very valuable for me.

Are you still on SSRI or no? Have you tried tadalafil or viagra?
You can try this routine for a month or two and see if that helps:
1. Cialis. I myself have been consuming this nonstop for over a year and this is probably the best decision I have made in my experience in biohacking. The dosage of the substance is 1.2-1.5 mg / 10 kg per day (it may vary depending on individual tolerance).
2. Clomiphene citrate is the only way to explain to your testicles that you need to stop being a girl and start producing some testosterone. It is usually used on PCT (therapy after the use of vitamin T, aka testosterone and its derivatives). Dosage: 25mg every day.
3. Anastrozole - it is needed in order to solve the problem with the growth of estradiol on Clomid. Unfortunately, antiestrogens, although they reduce the sensitivity of peripheral tissues to estro, increase its concentration, which is not always so good (on anastrozole, the mood will be corny better). It should be taken twice a week for 0.5 mg.
4. Epimedium paste is an interesting mixture of various extracts from farmer’s garden, which greatly improves blood circulation (in a lot of places). The normal dosage is 0.5 teaspoon in the morning or before the sex. But be careful with it, because it can raise blood pressure.
5. Vitex extract is a good way to make sure you don't accidentally get high prolactin levels. If you take it for a long time, then the effect is more than stable. Dosage: 300mg every day. *The only remark: if you have chronic tonsillitis, otitis media, pharyngitis, etc., then you better not get involved in all topics related to prolactin, as this will cause complications.
6. Citrulline - unlike arginine, this amino acid can actually improve tissue trophism, moreover, it does not have an unpleasant side effect in the form of accelerated growth of viruses (those who had herpes and took arginine know what I mean). The dosage is 5-10 grams per day.
Overall, this is a good method to pump the trophism of tissues throughout the whole body (well, I know where you need it). Even the first 4 points will already raise your libido to the skies, and adding the last 2, you will have to seriously discuss with yourself the ethical side of wearing sweatpants in public places :)

If that doesn’t help you might need to start testosterone replacement therapy. I know a guy who suffered from post finasteride syndrome and the only solution that helped him was 500 mg of testosterone per week.

Also, what is your lifestyle? If you haven’t solved the reason why you started SSRI you might still suffer from some mental health issues and you might need to solve them in order to get your erection back.

Have you tried looking into detox protocols to get whatever crap is left out of your system? Great primer here:

Well first, if you're still on SSRI's you should go to your doctor and request to switch up your treatment.

You should consider treating your depression through the dopamine angel. And Wellbutrin is great for that and known to increase sex drive like crazy.

Also you can try using the L-Deprenyl and L-Phenylalanine combo to handle your depression. It's insanely effective and has something like a 90% success rate for depression symptoms plus has anti aging effects..... https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6425455/

I use the above combo for anti-aging but don't dosing daily. I do deprenyl every 2 weeks and L-phenylalanine daily and my mood and drive can be a bit overwhelming sometimes lol

Talk to your doctor before doing this obviously so you can avoid any unwanted side effects and also consider doing an overhaul on your overall lifestyle. Because honestly supplementation should be your last option and used as a way to eek out more peak performance rather than a band aid

And when it comes to how you handle the ladies right now, it seems like you can get it up when you do prolonged foreplay so do that. Women love foreplay and usually see the sex as the finale not only the main dish. So there's nothing to be insecure about

Just spend a ton of time warming up the chick and you too will get turned on before you both reach nirvana together

Thanks! Very interesting, question is it seems 2. and 3. need a prescription?
Yes, I would like to try Cialis and see, only doubt would be if it'd be sustainable to take it for long periods...

I took the SSRIs just for a couple of months, but the effects lasted even after discontinuation...

Sounds very interesting, thanks, I'm gonna set aside some time to look the whole video

Thank you, the part about foreplay is what could give me some hope indeed... I had a former GF who didn't like long foreplay, but maybe it was her personal thing and I should try to see how it is with others.

Try cialis and some erection ring first. Might really help you.
